What to say about your last job in a interview?

I'm getting prepared for an interview with the CEO. I'm an Executive Assistant in a big company at the moment, willing to get a better offer. My boss is very messy man, besides unexperienced, that's what makes me quit. I'd like to have some suggestions of what should I say when I'm asked about the reason I'm looking for a new job without being negative aboout my boss or the current company.
Thank you!!!

You are right about not saying anything negative about your current boss/company. I would just say that I was looking for a new challenge, better opportunities, more benefits, etc. If you appear like you are happy in your current role you will have more "hand" in the interview than if you go in there desperate for anything other than what you're currently doing.

Best of luck to you!
