I have been working at a small chain grocery store for 16yrs
and I'm really ready to leave their and take my experience further what would you suggest??

Hi cam6. Sixteen years experience with one company is commendable. Your profile says you are in Indianapolis. I have several cousins who live there, and really enjoy your city! If you want to change fields; i.e., go to work for a healthcare company, retail, etc., do some online searches to see what might be available. Make sure your resume focuses on your strengths and is results vs. tasks oriented.

Open your own grocery store, do tons of research, location will probably be most important factor, get a small business loan and MAKE IT HAPPEN.
