cover letter help

I've been in the same industry for over 10 years and out of work for almost a year. I'm having trouble getting my cover letter to grab attention. I'm switching fields to some degree but can't seem to get the cover lett right. I saw this site has samples.

Suggestions for grabbing attention?

Could you attach a copy of your cover letter to let us take a look at it and maybe make suggestions?

Hi there,

We do have a Cover Letter template on OfficeArrow. I think a great way to get your cover letter noticed is to start with a strong introduction and demonstrate that you've taken the time to learn about the company and the position for which you are applying. A tailored cover letter will take you very far!
