A business listing receives ratings from customers who have used their products and services previously.
Can a company pay to change their recommendations on OfficeArrow?
No! Recommendations are genuine customer opinions and cannot be tampered with by companies. However, once a poor recommendation has been made a company can choose to address the situation to ensure their performance reviews improve.
Can I use OfficeArrow even if I do not have a Facebook, LinkedIn, or Twitter account?
Yes, anyone can sign up to use the OfficeArrow Marketplace by creating an OfficeArrow account. This account will consist of a user name and password.
Is there a fee associated with making recommendations or suggesting a new listing?

Will OfficeArrow edit the recommendations I write?
