Biography
Michelle Burke authored the acclaimed book, The Valuable Office Professional, endorsed by Ken Blanchard. She also co-developed The Productivity CycleTM, a communication tool proven to enhance teamwork and increase productivity endorsed by Stanford University.
Michelle's entrepreneurial spirit inspired her to co-found Interact Games LLC to develop communication tools and games for work, home and school. INTERACT IceBreakerTM and INTERACT teamBuilderTM, experience the power of play at work, is two educational and fun games to help organizations to communicate more collaboratively and to engage in values-based dialogs about business related-topics. This niche allows HR, Managers, Departmental Heads and others who want to take the lead in their organization and to build stronger cohesive and collaborative teams. Michelle consults and coaches individuals and organizations to communicate more collaboratively; focus on results and align individuals, departments and divisions with the leadership's vision and organizational goals during times of critical change. She believes that support staff is the glue of every organization and therefore, a vital part of the team. Michelle is a former Executive Assistant which led to becoming Founder and President of Executive CounterpartsTM, an innovative consulting and training company focused on bridging communication gaps between support staff and management at all levels of the organization. She founded the Company in 1992 and sold it in 2004.

The Empowered Administrative Professional Program (EAAP)©:
This program introduced participants to the skills and competencies that hundreds of executives, managers, and assistants across the country have identified as "must-haves" for today's support staff to be exceptionally successful and contribute to bottom-line results.
The program is delivered in 4 half-day sessions (once a week for 4 weeks). Group size is limited to 12-15 participants given the interactive nature of this program. A follow-up session is recommended 30 days after the 4th session.
