Professional Challenges: Share Your Struggles and Win

One thing is for certain: We all have challenges at work. Maybe it's that you can't find a way to effectively manage your boss' email inbox. Or maybe you're in a career rut and feeling unchallenged with your workload. Whatever the case may be, we want to help you address these challenges. And that's where the topic for our next contest comes into play.

For the next two weeks, we will be talking all about professional challenges, no matter how big or small. We want to know what your biggest professional challenge is. What do you struggle the most with at work? Think about all the pain points associated with your job and tell us about the one you feel is the most problematic. This could cover anything from communication problems (like dealing with a difficult boss or co-worker) to task-related problems (like managing multiple bosses) to even problems relating to being overworked or overstressed.
