Robert Ball, CEO & Co-Founder
In addition to providing day-to-day management of OfficeArrow's operations, Robert's leadership and guidance helps shape OfficeArrow's mission and direction. Robert's involvement in a variety of senior executive roles at Akamai Technologies, a Web 2.0 pioneer and the global leader in Internet content delivery and distributed computing solutions and services, including business development, product marketing, legal and international sales and operations, provides OfficeArrow with seasoned leadership that knows how to manage a fast-growing business while bringing it to profitability. Before Akamai, Robert was a lead partner in the Internet and E-Commerce practice of Alston & Bird, one of the nation's top law firms.
Stuart Wingate, Vice President of
Marketing
Stuart brings a blend of corporate and advertising agency experience in branding, direct and interactive marketing from major corporations such as BellSouth (now AT&T), EarthLink, Orkin, the National Flood Insurance Program and the U.S. Marine Corps, JWT/RMG Connect and his own ad agency. Stuart also began branding and marketing technology products in the mid-nineties by launching BellSouth FastAccess DSL and later EarthLink High Speed Internet. At OfficeArrow he is responsible for branding, content and community development.
Chrissy Scivicque, Senior Content Manager
and Founder of EAToolbox.com
With a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and a Certification in Holistic Clinical Nutrition, Chrissy considers her education uniquely balanced. After nearly ten years working in the wonderful world of office administration, Chrissy launched her website, The Executive Assistant's Toolbox, as a way of sharing her passion for the profession. She joined OfficeArrow in March of 2008 as the Senior Content Manager. She considers OA the perfect place to share her love of all things admin while doing what she enjoys most - writing and helping others.
Robin Holtson, Business Operations Manager
Robin Holtson brings over 25 years of experience to the OfficeArrow team. She has worked for Fortune 500 companies in the defense and healthcare industries, where she reported to senior management executives, including the C.E.O. and Chairman. Additionally, she was the Executive Administrator for Fonda, Inc., where she worked directly for Jane Fonda. After leaving Fonda, Inc., Robin worked for the director of Yamacraw, a state of Georgia economic development initiative that reported to the Governor's office. Most recently, Robin worked for eight years as the Director of Administrative Services for Quellan, Inc., a start-up company, where she built the HR and benefits department from the ground up. Robin earned a degree in Administration from the Sawyer College of Business.
Lauren Elder, Marketing Assistant
Lauren is a graduate of The Georgia Institute of Technology and currently serves as OfficeArrow's Marketing Assistant. As the person who manages all of our social marketing efforts, she loves to spend time connecting with others online through networking sites like Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter. She appreciates social media for all of its practical applications including customer service, lead generation, and most importantly, staying close to the customer. Her role helps us ensure that OfficeArrow continues to meet the needs of our members.
David Favero, Director of Business Development
Prior to joining OfficeArrow, David was VP of Business Development and Operations with a local Atlanta network infrastructure and telephony consulting firm. Prior to that, David spent seven years as CEO and owner of two companies (Favero Fine Homes and Artisan Realty) where he learned to be a "jack of all trades." After graduating from Georgia State University with a BBA in Computer Information Systems, David served as an IT Consultant for IBM Global Services, where he programmed, project managed and assisted consulting sales across the nation with companies in various industries of all sizes - from multimillion dollar projects for Fortune 50 companies to new Internet startup companies - while working within the NetGen practice. Relationship sales are David's strong suit and his skills fit perfectly with OfficeArrow in his role as Director of Business Development. His goal is to develop strong, mutually beneficial strategic partnerships with affiliates and sponsors to drive revenue for all parties.
Mike Lewis, Chairman & Co-Founder
As Founder, Chairman and CEO of ILD Telecommunications, a leading provider of payment processing, business process outsourcing, operator services and conferencing solutions, Mike understands how to build a company from scratch and make it successful. With his vision and backing, OfficeArrow has grown from a simple idea into the Internet's premier destination for Office Professionals. Before starting ILD, Mike was President of his own private equity firm, Triad Capital Partners; and prior to that, Mike was the founder and President of two successful telecommunications companies, TransTel Communications, Inc and Com-Link 21.
Dave MacDonald, CTO
Dave MacDonald has overall OfficeArrow Information Technology responsibility including strategic planning, architecture, engineering, development, operations, quality assurance, and business intelligence bringing with him over 25 years of information technology experience and over 10 years of senior IT leadership. Dave came to OfficeArrow from KnowledgeStorm where he held the Vice President of Technology role responsible for all technology facets and was instrumental in the successful KnowledgeStorm acquisition strategy which completed in late 2007. Prior to KnowledgeStorm, Dave served in Vice President of Technology and CTO roles for edaflow corporation and Information Technology Builders where he applied his leadership and hands-on technology experience to web-based initiatives for V.F Corporation, Check Free, EarthLink, BellSouth, and Nielsen Media Research. Dave's earlier career included Director of Architecture and Director of Operations Technology roles for Norrell Corporation and 10 years with Digital Equipment Corporation as a consultant to fortune 500 clients worldwide.
David Pate, User Experience Architect
When David is at his best, you won't even notice his work. The ideal user interfaces are so easy to manipulate that users won't even notice them. With more than 12 years of UI development experience, David now uses his skills to benefit the members of OfficeArrow. It is his solemn vow to use his considerable aesthetic sensibilities and his significant development prowess only for Good, never for Evil.
John Williams, Senior User Experience Designer
John is a fantastic dancer, stylish dresser, and unbelievable cook; and on the side, he spends his time crafting the user experience for OfficeArrow. That means if you see it on the site, John probably had a role in designing it. Unless it doesn't work well. Then it's Masha's fault. After attending the Art Institute of Atlanta, John spent several years working for notable clients like Sprint, Johnson & Johnson, Aetna, and XM Radio honing his distinct visual style and keen eye for developing user experiences.
Andrew Rutter, Director of Software Development
Andrew Rutter has been involved in large scale software application development for over 15 years primarily in the travel, distribution and online application markets. As an early adopter of Service Oriented Architectures, he has consulted for a number of industry organizations and has held key architectural roles for companies such as Walt Disney World Resorts and Best Western Hotels. Most recently, he has applied an extensive background in Enterprise Application Design and Integration to OfficeArrow's web applications to deliver feature-rich, scalable and flexible solutions to consumers worldwide.
Brian Abent, Senior Software Engineer
As a senior software engineer, Brian Abent is a driving force in the architecture, development, and implementation of technology solutions. Noted for both the speed and accuracy of his work, he fearlessly takes on all manner of programming perils in the tireless pursuit of application excellence. Before coming to Office Arrow in July of 2008, Brian spent over nine years honing his talents as a programmer with several diverse firms. A skilled communicator, Brian is equally at ease discussing complex algorithms with his fellow technorati, or explaining the practical applications of Javascript to utterly technophobic grandmothers. And, in spite of what you may have heard, he only used sock puppets that one time.
