Q. Will I be bound by a long-term contract, or do I have the flexibility to pay as I go?
With RollCall, you pay as you go – no contracts or commitments
Q. Are there port limitations (i.e. is my call limited to a certain number of participants on each call)?
We are able to handle most every call.
Q. Do I have to make a reservation for each conference call? If so, will I be charged for a minimum number of participants?
No need to call before your meeting and make reservation. Send out your conference access numbers to your participants and conference away with RollCall!
Q. Is there a cancellation charge, in the event I have to reschedule last minute?
Pay a per minute rate for what you use, and that’s all you’ll pay with RollCall. Some cancellation charges may apply, call for further details.
Q. Do you own your conferencing equipment and what is your disaster recovery plan in the event of bridge failure?
RollCall owns dual and diverse conferencing bridges, so if there is a natural disaster, your meeting will never be impacted.
